It is a shame to know that there are restrictions on railway officials to reply to queries on this message board.
Clear instructions for prompt response at divisional level is absolutely needed.
All this protocol business of
forwarding or routing reples,
vetting replies,
approval of replies
meetings to decide on replies,
agreements to disagree on 'contents' of replies.
agreements to send 'No replies.
are delaying the replies.....not denying them.
LET US WAIT .....
