In both works, the song is performed beautifully by the ultra-spectacular Judy Holliday. It's too late to catch her in the play, of course, but the movie is on DVD and well worth viewing. Also, audio CDs of both the original cast recording and the movie soundtrack are available, as well as MP3s of the soundtrack. Needless to say (I hope), I have no connection with any the above except as a longtime and most appreciative fan.<br /><br />BTW, the YouTube copy of Julie London's version "The Party's Over" to which you linked is blocked in the U.S. on copyright grounds.
